 I must congratulate you on your superb choice of guitar tunes for us novices to have a go at. They seem to fit the part perfectly not too difficult and sound good to me even on my first attempts. Having tried a few tutorial  sites on the internet over the past 12 months yours is the best by far.

Thank you thank you thank you thank you.

 I can't tell you how much pleasure And I love her has given me in these few days. The FIRST piece I've ever been able to play properly and almost from the word go.

I always look at your pieces and wonder at your ability to simplify things - but then at the last moment spot a little chord I struggle with.  With this from the absolute beginning I could play it - though not as good as you obviously.

 After 12 months of my husband begging me to come downstairs to play, I feel confident enough to play this in front of an audience - albeit a not very critical one.

Thanks again Mike - especially for your incredible generosity.

General Questions

Paid for a download but havent received it....

Solution 1

Sometimes if you use a payment link and forget to click 'Return to Merchant' then you are not automatically re-directed to the download page.

If this happens then Email stating:

1. What you bought.
2. The Date (approx) of your payment.

I will send the links to your downloads manually.

Solution 2

 Also your SPAM filters may have refused the email or simply have bounced my email back.

For instructions to get round this problem just vist Here

Either way I can rectify things fairly quickly normally if you let me know.

Do You Have a List Of Videos For Sale....

How many Free videos will I get......
If you have subscribed for Free Videos the you will receive videos at intervals of about a week or so. There are currently more than 50 giveaway videos.
My business plan, to give great content for FREE, seems to work well enough and I make money on the Videos (that you will inevitably) buy if they are having the desired effect, namely turning you into a guitarist.

Therefore I see no reason to stop sending out the free stuff for ever.

If I subscribe do I have to Pay......
NO - When you add your name to my mailing list you will be asked to confirm your 'Subscription'.

This is a term used by the email autoresponder people and in no way implies that you will have to pay anything at all for what you receive.

You can be a subscriber for ever and do not need to part with any money to receive the videos you were promised. (But do please tell other people about the site in return)

Problems with a downloaded video. It won't play properly
Assuming the video has downloaded correctly (always worth a second go) then it is probably looking for a codec that is not on your system.

Can I get your videos on Disc or DVD

We have decided to concentrate on offering a fully 'Online Video Service'. We may sell cd's and DVD's again the future but no plans to do so at the moment.

Do I have to pay again...
NO. You have 'lifetime access'.
Just Email me with the message line 'Lost Links' and the address you used to make the purchase and roughly when it was.

I can't guarantee instant turnaround but I can usually solve the problem fairly quickly

Mac users.
There is a tool called flip4mac which allows you to play windows media video files. You can get it from Microsoft as a FREE download using the links below.

 I'm told that it is pretty foolproof to download and install.
